Inside Out #2 (available)

This piece is nearing completion. Inside Out implies often our beautiful exterior often fails to tell the story beneath. This polished granite boulder is cut into 7 pieces. We then make hundreds of saw cut and finally torch those pieces in excess of 5,000 degrees. The charred result I’m calling ‘scared stone’. Inside Out #1 is a circular configuration and I’m proud to say this piece will be going in front of the new Vail Health - Behavioral Health Campus. I am humbled and honored.
