This is the type of project that is most exciting to me — site specific installation with native materials and a high degree of poetic license. A long sweeping driveway give ample runway to do a lot of things. The greatest challenge here is the entrance and it’s less than beautiful retaining wall.. here are some of my ideas. Canyon Pines
Canyon Pines - Boulder, CO
This is a more commercial project in a new luxury residential community featuring 150 custom home sites. In addition to a large Don’t Fence Me In, we were given the opportunity propose options for home street numbers. Stone, cast concrete and corten steel were the materials I proposed. Corten steel won — my favorite.
